Residents of North Carolina paid $2,536 to attend this two-year public college in both the 2021-22 and 2022-23 academic years.

Non-resident students faced tuition costs that were 242.3% higher than those for in-state students, amounting to $8,680 in the 2022-23 school year. This figure remained unchanged from the previous year.

Approximately 98% of the undergraduate student body at Richmond Community College are North Carolina residents, with the remaining 2% coming from other states.

Data indicates that 92% of full-time undergraduates who enrolled in the 2022-23 academic year received some form of student financial aid. A total of 97 students were awarded grants or scholarships amounting to $662,020.
