On Friday, May 30, former Metrolina Christian Academy standout Perry Hargett’s current collegiate team the North Carolina Tar Heels won 4-0 against the Holy Cross Crusaders in the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Cary C. Boshamer Stadium at 12 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Holy Cross Crusaders in the tournament.

The North Carolina Tar Heels’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 31 at 6:05 p.m. at Cary C. Boshamer Stadium.
