Former Piedmont High School standout and current Wingate Bulldogs player, Jillian Thomas will compete in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship.
They begin the tournament as a number four seed against the fifth seeded Flagler Saints.
The first game is on Thursday, May 8 at 6 p.m.

The House has passed Congressman Mark Harris’s Cashless Bail Reporting Act requiring federal reporting on jurisdictions using cashless bail for serious offenses. Harris says this measure aims at greater transparency following concerns over recent violent crimes.
