On Thursday, May 1, former Marvin Ridge High School standout Taylor Erb’s current college team, the Carson-Newman Eagles, lost 3-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Wingate Bulldogs.

The game took place at Wingate Softball Complex. This was their third matchup against the Bulldogs this season.

The Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Friday, May 2 at 1 p.m. at Wingate Softball Complex against Lincoln Memorial Railsplitters.
