Town of Marshville issued the following announcement on Dec. 22.
The Marshville Town Council will hold a public hearing on January 4, 2021 at 7:00 PM in the Town Hall, located at 118 E Union Street, Marshville, NC 28103 and online with the Zoom platform. The purpose of this hearing includes consideration of zoning map amendments to the Town of Marshville Official Zoning Map to update the uses allowed around the core of town. The public wishing to review the amendments are encouraged to view the proposed draft by contacting the Planning department and are invited to attend the hearing via Zoom and comment on the proposed requests. Zoom log-in instructions to attend the meeting can be found on the Marshville Town website/ on the Marshville Town Facebook page.
