City of Hamlet issued the following announcement on Sept. 1.
Bids are being requested for the demolition and clearance of one stucture located at 404 Pine Street, Parcel ID 749109166639.
Bids should be submitted in sealked envolopes to Kim Lyerly, City of Hamlet, PO Box 1229, 201 Main Street, Hamlet, NC 28345 and must be recieved no later that 12:00 Noon, September 17, 2021. Faxed bids WILL NOT be accepted.
