The three bedroom, one bathroom home at 510 Lomax St., Monroe was sold on March 25 by Alfred M. Lewis Jr. (living trust) and Alfred M. Lewis Jr. (trustee) for $135,000. The buyer was Juan A. Vargas.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $369.83, 0.27% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2021, four properties sold in Monroe.

According to the North Carolina State Board of Elections, Kimberly Shunta Marsh, 34, was the only registered voter residing at 510 Lomax St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
