October 2020: Monroe experienced a 16.7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Monroe rose by $35,000 while total sales decreased by 46.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 16.7% increase over the $210,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Monroe in October 2019.

The median sales tax in Monroe for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,109, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for October 2020.
