How did home prices perform in Monroe during December 2018?

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Monroe rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 5.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 11.1% increase over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Monroe in December 2017.
