December 2018: Fairview experienced a 24.2% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Fairview fell by $98,750 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $308,750 - a 24.2% decrease over the $407,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Fairview in December 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Fairview for 2018 was $1,687. In 2017, the median sales tax was $1,779. This marks an decrease of 5.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.5%.
