On Aug. 5, Guadalupe Hernandez Abarca and Irvin Velazquez Gutierrez purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 2216 Louanne Drive, Wingate from Michelle Dawn Borbas, Christopher Haessly and Michelle D. Sarno for $247,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $713.96, 0.29% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Sept. 16, 2011 for $98,000.

This property is one of four sales so far in Wingate in August 2021.

According to the North Carolina State Board of Elections, Michelle Dawn Borbas (46) has been registered to vote since 2011 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
