Monroe median home prices rose by 28.3% in April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Monroe rose by $59,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 28.3% increase over the $210,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Monroe in April 2020.

The median sales tax in Monroe for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,109, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for April 2021.
