Richmond County recently issued the following announcement.
Due to the expected bad weather this weekend, the Hot Air Balloon Festival that was originally scheduled at the Richmond County Airport has been POSTPONED.
The NEW dates of the festival are Friday, October 15- Sunday, October 17 from 5pm-9pm.
