Indian Trail home prices rose in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Indian Trail rose by $21,000 while total sales decreased by 41.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $313,500 - a 7.2% increase over the $292,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Indian Trail in September 2020.
