Monroe median home prices rose by 22.7% in October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Monroe rose by $55,500 while total sales increased by 192.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 76 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,500 - a 22.7% increase over the $245,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Monroe in October 2020.

The median sales tax in Monroe for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,109, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for October 2021.
