The median sale price of a home sold in April in Monroe rose by $84,500 while total sales decreased by 1.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $354,500 - a 31.3 percent increase over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Monroe in April 2021.
