Marvin median home prices rose by 33.3% in May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Marvin rose by $275,000 while total sales decreased by 30.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,100,000 - a 33.3 percent increase over the $825,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Marvin in May 2021.

The median sales tax in Marvin for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,484, approximately 0.4 percent of the median home sale price for May.
