The Town of Marshville proposes to implement System Development Fees per General Statute 162A-200 thru 162A-215. As required by the statute, the Town of Marshville will conduct a public hearing via ZOOM at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 1, 2022, to accept public input concerning the implementation of System Development Fees for Marshville.
