Monroe is a participating community in the Union County Community Development Block Grant Program. Residents are encouraged to attend the Open House on the Septic System Repair Program on Monday, Oct. 17 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. at the Union County Main Library, 316 East Windsor Street, Monroe, NC 28112.
