Feb. 6 at 3:13: Highway 74 eastbound at Hayes Road has REOPENED. Thank you for your patience while the accident was cleared.

Per the Union County Sheriff's Office, Highway 74 eastbound is closed at Hayes Road due to an accident. Westbound lanes are still moving.

The road is expected to be closed for approximately an hour. Please avoid the area if possible. We will share an update when the road has reopened.
