Hamas attacks in Israel continue as new information comes out on

Webp tillis

The Hamas attack on Israel is a horrendous thing going on over seas, but many U.S. politicians are issuing their concerns and opinions if the terrorist group were to attack America.

Senator Thom Tillis responded to the attacks in Israel, stating, "The Hamas terrorist attacks in Israel are despicable and depraved. As we mourn the hundreds of lives lost, including at least 27 U.S. citizens, we must also remain vigilant in our efforts to safeguard our communities at home. The first duty of government is to protect the national security of our citizens and keep Americans safe."

Tillis emphasized that any threat to the United States will be swiftly and forcefully suppressed, stating, "To any bad actors who dare cross onto American soil seeking to exploit the crisis in Israel and wreak havoc domestically, our message is clear: Any threat to the United States will be pursued and suppressed swiftly, forcefully and to the fullest extent of U.S. justice. Your vile and hateful acts have no place here."

The factoids surrounding the ongoing Hamas attacks in Israel reveal the severity of the situation. According to The Guardian, 22 Americans have died and 14 are missing during the attacks. U.S. officials are working diligently to locate and save these individuals, with some being tracked down through their cell phones.

President Biden expressed his concern and commitment to resolving the crisis, stating that the situation is "gut-wrenching" and that America will not stop until these people are home. He is working closely with Israel to address the ongoing attacks.

PBS conducted a poll showing that eight in ten Americans are worried that this crisis in Israel could raise a border issue with America and the Middle East. While 70% of adults seem to be following the issue overseas, the impact on American communities is evident, with at least 27 Americans identified as victims of the attacks.

President Biden addressed the nation on October 10th, condemning the Hamas' acts of massacre and expressing solidarity with Israel. He emphasized that Hamas are terrorists and not representative of Palestinians. Biden assured that the United States stands with Israel and will provide any necessary support to ensure their security.

As the Hamas attacks in Israel continue, the international community, including the United States, remains committed to supporting Israel and eradicating the terrorist group's campaign of evil.
