On Saturday, January 20, former Buford High School standout, Donell Nixon II’s current college team, the Wingate Bulldogs, won 84-83 in their NCAA D2 game against the Carson-Newman Eagles.

The game took place in Wingate, North Carolina. This was the first matchup against the Carson-Newman Eagles this season.
