Former Sun Valley High School standout Nathan Nygaard’s collegiate team to play for NCAA D2 Baseball Championship starting Thursday, May 16

Former Sun Valley High School player and current Wingate Bulldogs catcher, Nathan Nygaard, will compete in the NCAA D2 Baseball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number six seed against the third seeded Mount Olive Trojans.

The first game is on Thursday, May 16.
