On Sunday, April 13, former Piedmont High School standout Jillian Thomas’ current college team, the Wingate Bulldogs, won 6-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Mount Olive Trojans.

The game took place at Wingate Softball Complex. This was their second matchup against the Trojans this season.

The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 18 at 12 p.m. at Dorothy Neely Softball Complex against Lincoln Memorial Railsplitters.
