Join us for the HERO Program!
The Healthy Exercise and Recreation Outreach (HERO) Program is a FREE weekly program designed for children of all ages offered by the Waxhaw Parks & Recreation Department.
If you or your child(ren) plan to attend a particular day, each child must be registered in advance. This helps our staff better prepare for each day’s events, activities, crafts and/or snacks.
Themed crafts and activities are offered each week while supplies last. It’s a chance for you and your child to get outside, visit our parks and have some fun!
Parents and caregivers must stay onsite during the program. Not designed for summer camps, large drop-in groups, private events or party rentals.
