City of Monroe recently issued the following announcement.
The Water Resources Construction Division will be replacing sanitary sewer mains in the street right-of-way on the following streets:
- Sanford Street – from Talleyrand Avenue to Andrew Street
- West Morgan Street – from Johnson Street to Branch Street
- Everette Street – from Charles Street to Hough Street
- West Windsor Street – from College Street to Crawford Street
- East Crowell Street – from Hayne Street to North Church Street
Temporary road closures will be necessary within the project limits. Therefore, it is suggested that alternate routes be considered. The City will make efforts to maintain access to all residences. Emergency service vehicle access will be provided at all times. All damaged/disturbed items will be restored or replaced at the end of the project.
