Union County recently issued the following announcement.
Due to roadway conditions caused by Winter Storm Izzy, the Landfill on Austin Chaney Road will be closed on Monday, Jan. 17. Cane Creek Park is scheduled to open at 12 noon on Monday, however conditions will be reevaluated closer to opening for a final determination.
